Adnan Menderes Democracy Museum

The museum, built to honor the memory of the symbolic name of Türkiye’s fight for democracy, Adnan Menderes, sheds light on one of the most debated periods of our recent history while presenting its visitors the humane part of him which has been disregarded until recently.

On January 14, 2022, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan opened the Adnan Menderes Democracy Museum built in Koçarlı district. Based on the idea that it was a mission to preserve the memory of late Menderes and to pass on his legacy to future generations, a special souvenir design and production was made for the opening.
