International Northern Cyprus Culture and Sports Festival

The event held for the 47th Anniversary of Cyprus Peace Operations aimed to introduce the world to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Turkish culture.

At the event with the motto “A Whole World of Cyprus”, emphasis were made to cultural riches of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus that have been accepted by the world, to international guests that have come to Northern Cyprus for the purpose of education, tourism and business, to delicacies that have traveled to all corners of the world with its rich cuisine and to the cultural, natural and historical heritage that has bound Northern Cyprus to the world and the world to Northern Cyprus. In the Festival Program many events were held ranging from mini golf to traditional archery and from a victory march to an international friendly soccer tournament.

Thanks to the festival that was held in the Nicosia Atatürk Sports Complex in 17-18 July with the cooperation of Evkaf Administration of Cyprus and the Archers Foundation, the historical, cultural and present values of Northern Cyprus have been made visible to the world once again.
